I also teach Pilates at the studios and in private lessons, and have a strong passion for correcting and enhancing clients’ fitness and posture through proper posture, breath, and posture-alignment. Personal Certification: I have received the highest level of personal certification for Pilates at the Institute of Steady Movement in Long Beach, California.
